The Tennessee Department of Labor has published the Tennessee’s Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Book for 2012. The 2012 MedFeeBook was updated this month, and can be found at the site below.

The medical fee schedule amendments, discussed in the November posting, have not been approved yet, so they will not be effective until late May at the earliest. We will keep you posted as the process unfolds. The original effective date of March 1st was cancelled when the department elected to pull the emergency rule.
